Go to Hub > Family management > Settings > Security Settings > Reset Password, or tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email.
To cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FamilyHub, then tap "Cancel Subscription" or Hub > Family management > Settings > Subscription Management > Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app.
In the app, go to Hub > Family management > Overview > Scroll down > Invite Member. They'll need to download the app and sign up.
